Big hotel unit with a double bed. Very central location, at a moderate distance from a glossy modern casino.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and lovely small, the staff were incredibly nice. The place had a quiet atmosphere. It was in a favourable and ideal location with Schlossberg Cable Car nearby. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Graz...

This hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have a fabulous bathtub. The staff is attentive to detail and the breakfast offers a good selection of food. The location is convenient, as it is only a 10-minute walk from the train station and city center.

Stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave. The restaurant here was small with the guests at the restaurant, we both ordered delicious dishes. The excellent and attentive staff gave good recommendations. The location was nice, very close to Schlossberg Cable Car. Visited few places in the center, not too far from the hotel.

We were impressed by the original pieces of furniture throughout the hotel. The staff went above and beyond in their hospitality, even offering me a box of glasses when I forgot mine. The location of this hotel is excellent, just a few minutes from the center of Graz. There is even a small market across the street that is open daily, adding to the convenience. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and big, and the basic amenities are provided. this hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices.

The only small aspect that could be improved is the breakfast options, as there weren't too many choices. However, this hotel still offers a nice breakfast with good service.

That the room we stayed in didn't have air conditioning, which was a bit uncomfortable during the heatwave. It would have been great to have a fan or some sort of cooling system in place.

The internet was extremely slow and kept cutting out, making it difficult to keep in touch with our loved ones for the new year's celebration. the room was on the smaller side, making it cramped and uncomfortable, especially when getting ready for the festivities.
